Tailor your AI to your company’s rules and processes, and get a solution that truly understands your business.
Memory is your company's knowledge bank within the SiteSage system. It defines the framework for how the AI should understand your business, rules, and customer dialogue.
The AI formulates unique responses for each ticket based on what it has learned. You provide it with precise, yet flexible, information for customer service.
Memory is a tool where you can give the AI knowledge it doesn't get elsewhere. This helps it respond more precisely, exactly as you want it to.
Memory is updated with short facts, guidelines, or phrasing that helps the AI understand your processes and preferences.
The AI uses Memory as a reference framework, not as a locked script, to ensure natural responses.
Information is written in **Danish**, but the system automatically translates to other languages as needed.
The more meaningful and contextually clear the Memory is, the better and more accurate the AI's responses will be.
The goal is not to provide canned responses, but to give the AI enough understanding to create the right response.

Let’s go through how to write and configure good memories, step by step.
Routing by function lets you apply Memories only to specific actions—for example, when generating a response or when translating. Use it to protect brand names from translation or to apply country-specific translation rules.
Routing by language ensures that Memories are only applied when they’re relevant to the customer’s language or region. This way, your AI provides accurate, localized information instead of mixing content across markets.
Routing by category ensures that Memories are only applied for relevant topics, such as returns, cancellations, orders, or product inquiries. This way, your AI gives precise answers without mixing unrelated information.
